Magnetic Anomalies Caused by 3D Polyhedral Structures With Arbitrary Polynomial Magnetization

Magnetization is a natural property of magnetic materials which widely used to analyze paramagnetic data, locate unexploded ordnance, explore mineral deposits and gas resources, image anomalous structures in the Earth's crust. An essential challenging task compute accurate anomalies caused by realistic 3D structures. In this study, for first time, we derive analytical expressions potential, field gradient tensor with polyhedral shapes magnetization vectors that may vary space following polynomial trends. The order polynomials can from one high positive integers both horizontal vertical directions. Synthetic deposit models are validate our solutions. We release open-source code C++.
